01
Customer Information
Customer contact information may include name, phone number, email address, device details, repair notes, and service request information. This information is used to communicate about diagnostics, repair options, approval, payment, pickup, and follow-up.
02
Device Photos
Customers may submit photos of devices, damage, serial numbers, parts, accessories, or error messages. Photos are used only to help evaluate the repair request and prepare for service.
03
Passwords & Access
Some diagnostics and repairs may require passwords, administrator permission, account access, BitLocker or recovery keys, or other login details. Access information is used only as needed to complete the requested repair or diagnostic.
04
Customer Files
Redeemed 2 Restore does not intentionally view, copy, share, or browse customer files unless it is necessary for the requested service, such as data recovery, file transfer, backup, malware removal, or customer-approved troubleshooting.
05
Data Recovery
Data recovery attempts may require access to drives, folders, files, or damaged storage devices. Recovery is not guaranteed. Any recovered data will be handled with care and returned or transferred according to the approved service plan.
06
No Selling Information
Redeemed 2 Restore does not sell customer information, device data, photos, contact details, or recovered files. Customer information is used for service-related communication and repair operations.
07
Third-Party Tools
Service requests, communication, forms, payments, website hosting, email, diagnostics, or repair tools may involve trusted third-party platforms such as Shopify, Google Forms, payment processors, email services, or diagnostic software.
08
Security Limits
Redeemed 2 Restore takes reasonable steps to protect customer information and devices, but no system, form, email, payment platform, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
09
Information Retention
Customer repair information may be kept as needed for service history, warranty reference, communication, bookkeeping, business records, or future support. Customers may request that non-required information be removed when practical.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to back up important files before service whenever possible and to remove sensitive information that is not needed for repair. Some repairs may require passwords, recovery keys, administrator permission, or device access. Without required access, some diagnostics or repairs may be limited.
